In-house programs

Our program is also available as a targeted in-house program, featuring the same modules and tools described above, our learning methods and our trainers.

In-house programs

Our program is also available as a targeted in-house program, featuring the same modules and tools described above, our learning methods and our trainers. You may choose management teams that would like to go through an intensive and stimulating management qualification course together; or you can pick managers from different business units who would benefit from experiencing in-depth collaboration and learning for upcoming projects. Our experience with in-house programs so far, all held at major European multi-national companies, has shown that this form of training and qualification in a group of participants from your company only will yield enormous benefits:

  • Tailoring of the training topics/modules to the company context
  • Using the company’s internal processes, tools and instruments in the areas of strategy, leadership and project management
  • In-depth networking and – as applicable – teambuilding in the group of participants
  • Concrete and sustainable implementation of transfer exercises into real business cases
  • Continuation of the practiced peer consulting beyond the end of the program
  • Direct evaluation in day-to-day business

Upon request, the in-house programs can be held at our ISC-i training institute, at your company, or at your preferred seminar hotel. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your options for sustainable qualification of key managers in your organization.

Augsburg

Augsburg, the home of the ISC-i, is located in the south of Germany, in the state of Bavaria. After Munich and Nuremberg, Augsburg is the third largest city in Bavaria. Augsburg helped to define the political, economic and social as well as the cultural history of Germany, Europe and the world in a significant way during the course of centuries. As an "international" city, Augsburg also has several partner cities all over the world: Amagasaki (Japan), Inverness (Scotland), Nagahama (Japan), Bourges (France), Dayton (United States), Liberec (Czech Republic), and Jinan (China). Augsburg’s history goes back more than 2000 years, which means it is among the three oldest cities in Germany. Its early development was due to a 400-year affiliation with the Roman Empire. The Fugger family as well as the Welser family eventually made the city an outstanding place of finance and an international trade metropolis for generations; and they also founded a modern mail-delivery system all over Europe. These families have become a shining example of internationalism that we want to follow today with our Institute. At the end of the 18th century, Augsburg’s textile industry rose again to prominence, followed by the machine manufacturing industry. Today, the city has a population of about 268,000. It is a college town and the capital of the “Regierungsbezirk Schwaben”. It is also a popular destination for hundreds of thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. Augsburg is perfectly situated to visit more of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Its proximity to the Alps makes it easy to take weekend trips for skiing or snowboarding, biking, hiking, and many other leisure activities.
